Founded in 1994 by Donald Starr, D.L. Starr Enterprises Inc. has been a cornerstone of quality construction in the Sacramento area for over three decades.
In 2024, the company was purchased by Martin Estrada, who had been with the company since 2001. Starting as a scaffold journeyman, Martin's dedication, leadership, and expertise led him to become General Superintendent in 2015, and ultimately, owner and President.
